Easy to use with single handed opening thanks to their ability to hang from the surface you stick them to.
Our tough little bags are made from certified compostable ingredients to cut landfill waste.
TOGETHER they just work!
Durable, hygienic and super discreet, Life in Cycles can declutter your bag.
Storing tampons and disposable bags together makes it easy to maintain order for your ultimate convenience and peace of mind.
Swivel and Hangbags by Life in Cycles are made from a certified compostable bio-plastic derived from plant sugars, maily field corn.
With limited waste streams for these products, they end up in landfill.
Our vision is to create an easy, discreet and hygienic way to turn your waste into something useful either for yourself or part of councils green waste collection.
JOIN US ON THIS MISSION and together, lets make an impact.

“How can I make a difference?”
said 300 million people.
19 billion tampons are used globally each year. That’s more than 2,000 shipping containers of waste.
Life in Cycles can help you make small changes that create a significant impact collectively while still enjoying the convenience of disposable period products.
Don’t know how to compost?
Just like the menstrual cycle prepares your body for new life, Life in Cycles can help you turn a wasteful period into a resource for soil and plant life.
Here at Life in Cycles, we have developed a process with a difference. One that gives you the power to make better choices around period care. Periods are a part of life, and we are dedicated to helping you live with confidence every day.
Cindianne grew up on a farm in regional Victoria where rain water was treated like gold.
As a young girl she did not appreciate how wastewater affected the land and living things. And like many
female teenagers back then, she naively flushed used tampons down the toilet.
But a blockage in the sceptic tank caused her to rethink her actions, and highlight a problem for her and many other females around the world.
How to manage the storage of un-used and used tampons discreetly and sustainably?
With a background in dental appliance construction and visual merchandise design, Cindianne set out to create the initial designs of a solution.
Further studies in permaculture design, human nutrition and biodynamics influenced her desire to create a business that addresses waste reduction. With attitudes shifting towards sustainability, Cindianne believes it’s time to give her menstrual management solution wings to better serve the individual and our planet.
